Quality assurance of Material
For commonly used metal or plastic materials, we purchase according to the requirements of the drawing. For valuable special materials or unusual materials, it can also be provided by customers.
Material certificate is available.
Materials may be a block, a bar, or a semifinished product after casting.
The material quality decides the performance of machining and surface treatment quality
The control of materials’ quality not only decides the parts whether meet the performance of the design expectation, but also affect the quality of processing surface and final surface treatment. Especially when it comes to some special valuable materials.
If the material doesn’t meet the requirements, it will directly lead to significant waste of material costs and processing costs.

Quality of Appearance
Avoid Poor machining quality
There may be problems of poor surface quality during the machining process. They may be caused by reasons of machine parameters, tools, programming, cutting speed or coolant., etc.
Pay high attention to the appearance.
Therefore, we pay high attention on the appearance, especially to make sure the first workpiece is qualified.
Check every part and pick out defective ones.
After the first one is confirmed, our operators will check every one carefully in the follow-up formal processing. Defectives must be picked out in time to avoid mixing with other qualified ones, and no defective part flow into the next process.
Inspection items:
- Whether surface finish meets the required degree;
- Whether there is a different texture;
- If there are any little spots, sharp edges, scratches, injured, etc.
We have an experienced and skillful team that can find the issues in time and solve it quickly.
Quality assurance of Dimensions & tolerance
We carefully inspect each part according to the requested standard, which usually are ISO, GB, JIS, ASTM and so on.
Inspect every dimension.
Each measured dimension we inspect will write near the dimension on the drawing and send for your reference. Or provide inspection document as you request.
Inspection items:
- Sampling inspection for small group in mass production, and 100% inspection for very precise dimension or dimensions specially marked on drawing.
- Pay more attention to hole size.
- Geometric tolerance and position tolerance.
- Threads
- Others
All above these when the machining work complete and check again after surface finish.
For plastic machined parts, we will consider the material’s scalability and deformation, check the part several times in different conditions and period.

We strictly follow the quality standard of each type of surface treatment, and also ensure all the parts meets your requirements.
Take actions to ensure you receive enough qualified parts.
We take 100% inspection and ensure you enough quantity of qualified parts. Evaluate the rejection rate and add it to the production plan. If actual reject rate is higher, we will remake to ensure order quantity is enough.
