What are your lead times and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard lead time for prototypes and small batches is 5-10 business days. Production schedules for larger volumes are confirmed at the quoting stage. Our MOQ is one (1) piece, enabling seamless scaling from single-part validation to full production.

How do you determine the best manufacturing process for my part?

Our engineers review your part’s geometry, tolerances, material, and quantity to select the most cost-effective process. We analyze feature accessibility and datum relationships to decide between milling, turning, Swiss turning, or a hybrid approach to optimize for quality and cost.

What is required for the fastest and most accurate quote?

A complete RFQ package ensures the fastest review. This includes a 3D CAD file (STEP/IGES), a 2D PDF drawing with all tolerances and critical features marked, material grade, quantity, required finishes, and any documentation needs (e.g., CoC, MTRs).

How do you ensure quality for tight-tolerance and repeat-order parts?

We guarantee quality through our 4-Step Quality Verification Process. For tight-tolerance parts, we conduct a DFM review to assess risk. For repeat orders, we establish a fixed process, including setup logic and IPQC, to ensure batch-to-batch consistency.
